Call for AT Exhibitors - TAAT 2026 

We invite assistive technology vendors to join us in Murfreesboro for the 2026 Tennessee AT Conference. More than 200 special educators, related service providers, AT specialists, parents, and administrators attend this annual event specifically designed to support the use of assistive technology in the educational setting for students with disabilities. The vendor area will be open ONE DAY ONLY:  Thursday, December 03, 2026.  Exhibitors will have one 6’ table with a covering and power source.  Space is limited.

Exhibitor application deadline is November 20, 2026. Vendors are encouraged to provide an educational session, as well. Once registered to participate, you may submit proposals HERE.

VENDOR HOURS:  8:00 am – 4:00 pm

ONE DAY BOOTH RENTAL:  $250 *Additional $50 fee required for electricity in space

MARKETING OPPORTUNITIES:  Your company logo and information will be included in the event app. Materials intended for audience distribution may be mailed in advance for inclusion with registration packets.

LODGING:  Rooms are available at a special group rate of $165/night until November 11, 2026 at the Embassy Suites Hotel and Conference Center.
